OUR SPECIALTIES include salad greens, cooking greens, heirloom tomatoes and herbs. But we grow more: sweet peppers, hot peppers, frying peppers, Italian and Asian eggplant, garlic, cucumbers, summer squash, zucchini, figs, okra, and other crops you’d expect in the summer in southern New England.
Our farm does not shut down for the winter! We continue to grow and harvest lettuces, salad greens, kales, swiss chard, spinach, arugula, collards, escarole, endive, herbs and more in our greenhouses.
